Any issue with a live hermit crab shipment must be reported within 24 hours of delivery so that a proper review and account adjustment can be made.
All live crab shipments are non-refundable. If approved after evaluation, a store credit may be issued for future purchases.Order Finality
Once an order has been placed, confirmed, and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any additional charges incurred.International Orders
For orders outside the United States, we accept the following payment methods:
Wire transfer, major credit cards, letters of credit, sight drafts, PayPal, Google Pay, and Western Union.
All international orders are shipped F.O.B. Miami, Florida.
20′ or 40′ container shipments are shipped directly from our overseas factory.
